Our clients are always suprised at how easy it is to get to our marina!
For most people (including people coming from Atlanta) the drive to our location is mostly interstate travel.

Our marina is located on the East Side of Lake Lanier which is one of the most visited lakeside resort destinations in the entire Southeast! Lake Lanier is an ideal location for family vacations, romantic getaways, business meetings, weddings, and more.

Lake Lanier has an impressive list of accommodations and amenities - including Lanier Houseboats! :-) - providing tons of fun for everyone.

Directions to Lanier Houseboats

Directions: From downtown Atlanta:

85 North to Exit 113 985 North

Traveling on 985 N. go approximately 8 miles to Exit 8 (Friendship Rd). Take Exit Ramp and Turn Left on Friendship Road.

Traveling on Friendship Road go approximately 5 miles towards Lake Lanier Islands. As a point of reference at about 3.5 miles you’ll see a huge QuickTrip on your left – you’re getting close.

The last stoplight before our marina is McEver Road – but simply keep going straight.

Our Marina is a couple of roads down on the right, but when you pass McEver Road call Terry at (770) 510-3051 and he will help guide you to the marina/dock.

It gets a little tricky because there are several unnamed roads and also a key code to enter the dock area. So once again call Terry at (770) 510-3051

Fun Stuff At Lake Lanier

There's tons of stuff to do in and around Lake Lanier.
Our marina is located on the "action packed" east side of Lake Lanier. All around the lake you can also choose from a diverse selection of accommodations. And there's also plenty of activities like award-winning golf courses, and excellent restaurants.
